Meet The Owner - Heather Lennon
Heather Lennon is the Founder and CEO of Imagine General Contracting and Development (IGCD), a minority-owned, full-service design/build firm specializing in retail spaces, historic restoration, and adaptive reuse. With over 26 years of expertise in design, construction, and contracting, Lennon is the firm’s qualifying party, holding both commercial and residential general contracting licenses in Arizona. Her master’s degree in retail store design and consumer behavior further amplifies her ability to create transformative spaces that blend historical preservation with modern functionality.
Beyond IGCD, Lennon is the Founder and Managing Member of Imagine Develops LLC, a real estate development firm dedicated to revitalizing urban spaces. She is also a partner in Arizona Warehouse Holdings (AWH), a collaborative venture with Gold Hat Realty LLC (formerly Atkins and Breskin LLC), actively expanding its footprint in the Phoenix Warehouse District. AWH has acquired and repurposed multiple properties. Current tenancy includes Warehouse215 Event Venue & M Culinary Kosher Catering Kitchen just to name a few, exemplifying Lennon’s mantra of “saving the history of Phoenix one old building at a time”.
Lennon’s entrepreneurial spirit extends beyond construction and development. Her love for cigars led her to establish Raconteuse Cigars LLC, a boutique retailer curating elevated cigar experiences. Through exclusive cigar-centric events and partnerships with local businesses, Raconteuse Cigars connects brothers and sisters of the leaf while introducing enthusiasts to boutique cigars from around the world. Now in its third year, the brand has already raised, through donated cigar experiences, over $160,000 for local charities, earning Lennon the well-deserved title of “Cigar Philanthropist.”
A dynamic leader with an eye for transformation, Heather Lennon continues to shape Phoenix’s landscape—one building, one experience, and one community impact at a time.
