- As the developer, Arizona Warehouse Holdings, and the general contractor, Imagine General Contracting, a careful restoration and reimagination of Warehouse215 garnered the historic restoration project a Top 5 finalist nomination for the 2023 Best Redevelopment Project at the Real Estate Development (RED) Awards, which represents the best of the state’s commercial real estate projects.
- Lennon was honored as one of 18 Women of Impact 2023 by Dress for Success, an organization that empowers women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.
- Giving back is an important element of all the companies in which Lennon is involved. She has donated multiple cigar experiences at Raconteuse Cigars for auctions benefiting organizations such as Boys & Girls Club and Dress for Success, raising more than $53,000 combined for the non-profits in the first half of 2023 alone.
- Lennon has partnered with Mesa Community College to provide an internship program designed for students in construction management and entrepreneurship.
- Lennon has previously partnered with Maricopa County Health Services to host vaccination events, which resulted in administering more than 5,000 vaccines for local Phoenix residents.
- In addition to being a steward of the industry and the community, Imagine General Contracting and Development, Arizona Warehouse Holdings, Imagine Develops and Raconteuse Cigars are LGBTQ+ allies.
