Lennon believes in forming excellent relationships with clients, vendors and subcontractors to ensure a smooth and successful project from start to finish. She and her team are consistently involved in the process starting with architectural design and permitting and ending when they turn over the keys — working together with everyone involved in the project through to the finish line. With their varied breadth of experience, Lennon and her team understand the intricacies, attention to detail and diligence required to make a project a success.

Lennon also believes in keeping the team together that works best together to ensure success at the finish line. Lennon’s passion and vast experience in historic restoration has led her to develop a keen eye for adaptive reuse. Whenever possible, Lennon and her team use materials and items that might otherwise be doomed for the scrapyard — and some that have already spent years there are given new life, function and purpose in the caring hands of IGCD.

Over the course of its 25 years in business, IGCD has proudly worked on countless projects and with many companies, large and small to complete redesign and development projects, both high-end residential and commercial. Lennon brings with her a proven record of competent and reliable subcontractors that take pride in their work to handle every element of project management from conception to keys. Beyond bringing together this team of professionals, she also understands the intricacies involved in job-site management. Adaptive Reuse of Historic Materials

One of many building restoration projects completed under the Imagine General Contracting and Development umbrella, Warehouse215 in downtown Phoenix features multiple examples of adaptive reuse of both found materials and objects — and ones that were personally restored by Lennon.

For example, Lennon reimaged and fabricated tables to be utilized by Raconteuse Cigars from 30-year-old America West Arena flooring, upon which the Phoenix Suns championship series was played in the 1990s.

Recently the Suns’ 30th anniversary celebration of the finals against the Bulls was held at Warehouse215during which the tables were used, bringing this restoration project full circle. The tables were also highlighted in the virtual art exhibition “Phoenix Favorite Pastimes” at the offices of the Greater Phoenix Economic Council (GPEC).

This is just one of many significant examples that showcases Lennon’s innate instincts and imaginative use of materials to create something one of a kind and truly memorable for all to enjoy in a new way.
